COVID-19 ALARM LEVEL 1/2: WE’RE OPERATING AS NORMAL, PLEASE DON’T VISIT IF YOU ARE UNWELL.

COVID-19 ALARM LEVEL 3: OUR BUSINESS IS REGISTERED AS AN ESSENTIAL GOODS SUPPLIER. WE’RE DELIVERING ORDERS FOR ESSENTIALS, PICK UP IS CONTACTLESS AND ONLY AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT. STORES ARE NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. PLEASE WEARING A MASK AND REMAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING AND DON’T VISIT IF YOU ARE UNWELL.

 

Deliveries:

We are delivering all orders as normal. You will receive a notification email of your order being shipped. If you have been sent confirmation of a delivery but have not yet received your order, you can check the status of your delivery at the link provided in that email. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer service team who will assist where possible. Your order will experience a delay during Covid-19 alert levels 2, 3, 4. Store & Showroom:

Our stores are open to the general public with regular hours and service at Covid-19 alarm level 1 or level 2. We are monitoring the government policy closely and will update the website should any changes.
