Tear-Aid Repair patch –  Typ A

This repair kit is ideal to repair our Pop up gazebo, Event marquees and Inflatable products, however, it can be used on a wide variety of other material.

Unique, transparent repair material for the immediate repair of cracks and holes in virtually all materials. Unusually strong and elastic, wind and waterproof. Clean and dry the damaged area, cut the Tear-Aid to size, stick on – done!

How do I do if item arrives damaged or missing?

All of our items are checked before dispatch and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If you receive your goods and they are damaged, do not take receipt of the goods or sign for them. The courier will then return the goods to us. The customer MUST notify us within 24 hours if this occurs. Failure to do so may result in the customer being liable for the goods.

We will arrange prompt corrective action and resend your order.

Where can I buy a Hercules product and accessories?

We have 3 local showrooms located at Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Hercules Team is ready there to give you assistance. You can choose to place an order with our team member or on our website accordingly.

Where can you deliver to?

We can freight anywhere within New Zealand.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Deliveries

We will normally send your order from our Auckland warehouse. Delivery time is dependent on our warehouse’s inventory levels. If an item is in-stock, we will dispatch the item out to you within 1-3 working days, after your order has been processed. (90% orders placed before 1 pm gets same day dispatch, bespoke product excluded.) Your order will be shipped to you mostly via Toll NZ and PBT Freight. And you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been shipped. All of our deliveries can be fully tracked on the website of Toll NZ and PBT freight.

  • Local deliveries (within Auckland). – Orders received before 1 pm will be dispatched that day. Delivery is usually 1-3 working days.
  • North Island – Orders received before 1 pm will be dispatched that day. Delivery is usually within 2-4 working days.
  • South Island – Orders received before 1 pm will be dispatched that day. Delivery is usually within 2-5 working days.
  • Rural Area Deliveries – Additional Delivery Fee may apply. May take 1-3 additional days.

Orders On Friday After 1 pm

Orders made after 1 pm on Friday will not be processed and dispatched until Monday.

Holiday Season, Public Holidays and Weekends

Our courier service does not deliver on weekends or Public holidays. During the peak holiday seasons please allow an extra 2 – 3 working days for delivery.

Out Of Stock

If the item is out of stock in our Auckland warehouse, but we still have its stock in one of our store branches in the country, we will send the item directly from the store to you without additional costs.  If this is the case, the delivery may take a little longer. If the item you order is out of stock in the country, we will contact you for a solution.

Can I collect from a store?

Most of the online order is available to collect from our local branch in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

To collect in-store, place your order online as normal and select the “pick up” option instead of entering your delivery details, during the checkout process.

After placing your order, you will be contacted mostly via Email when your order is available to pick-up.

Products may only be picked up from a nearby store upon presentation of valid New Zealand photographic ID and an order number. Please ensure that the person you have named to pick-up the order shows one of the following forms of ID:

  • New Zealand Driver’s licence
  • Passport
  • 18+ card

Out Of Stock

If the item is temporarily not available in a nearby store, but still in stock in one of our store branches in the country, it may need to transfer from another store.  If this is the case, the delivery may take a little longer. If the item you order is out of stock in the country, we will contact you for a solution.

Is my payment secured on your website?

Your payment is 100% secured by worldwide online payment providers, Paypal and Poli pay.  These credible payment providers help keeps your online transactions guarded from start to finish. Your full financial information will not be shared with us.

Hercules Accessories are covered by 12 months warranty.

●Warranty is not covered if the product has been damaged by general wear and tear, accident, misuse or involved in accidental or natural disasters.
