Founded in 2008, Hercules Gazebo has continuously evolved, guided by customer feedback. Over the years, we have gained a deep understanding of what New Zealanders expect from an instant shelter, allowing us to enhance the design and materials of our products for ease of use and durability.
Recognised for its robustness, the Velcro system is the preferred choice for securing pop-up gazebo side walls. At Hercules, we are proud to be the only supplier in New Zealand that offers a full Velcro wrap system for gazebo walls. This system ensures the walls remain secure and resistant to the elements, as the Velcro tape is not easily pulled away or blown off.
Velcro Tape Specifications:
The Velcro tape on our sidewalls is 50mm wide, not only at the top edge for roof attachment but also running along the entire side. This provides maximum strength to keep the walls securely in place, even in harsh weather conditions.
Quick and Easy Setup:
Attaching the full Velcro walls is straightforward and time-efficient. For accurate installation, please follow these steps:
- Locate the center line on the canopy and align the Velcro of the sidewall with it. This alignment helps ensure that the sides wrap perfectly around the gazebo legs.
- Wrap the Velcro strips around each leg on both sides.
- Ensure all Velcro strips are securely fastened for optimal stability.
Eyelets Supplied for Further Anchoring:
Additionally, the sidewall has been upgraded with eyelets for soft ground anchoring, allowing it to be secured to the ground and preventing it from blowing away. However, we don’t recommend using this feature in extreme wind conditions. To prevent the gazebo from being blown away, it’s best to allow wind to pass through by removing the gazebo walls, lowering the gazebo, or packing it down when not in use to avoid damage.
At Hercules Gazebo, we are committed to ongoing improvement and innovation. Looking ahead, we plan to introduce even more enhancements and benefits to our product range, ensuring our customers receive only the best in quality and functionality.
